VIVA – Seeing the many cases of people exposed to the COVID-19 virus, the Central Army Hospital (RSPAD) Gatot Soebroto, made a breakthrough to treat patients who were already positive and to prevent the spread of the virus which was relatively fast moving.Based on information received by VIVA Military, the RSPAD is now known to have created a COVID-19 rapid test PCR laboratory as a means of supporting early detection of suspected exposure to the deadly virus.Previously, the RSPAD itself had explained that before the operation of the laboratory was carried out, it had validated and was currently testing samples as an initial examination."We were able to test 94 samples in one test group which was completed within five hours. The operating hours of the rapid test laboratory itself will close at 11.00 and the results will be out around 17.00," said dr.Lili, one of the doctors at the RSPAD, was quoted on the official TNI AD website."Later on, if there are samples that come in after 11.00 hours, then testing on these samples will be carried out the next day," he said.On the other hand, the Army Chief of Staff (Kasad), General TNI Andika Perkasa.said that in the sample test there is no need to wait for the full quota of 94 samples.If needed, do a sample test twice a day, at 11 and 5 pm."In the sample test, there is no need to wait for the full quota of 94 samples.
