The three stadiums are drive-thru testing sites. You can also get at-home tests from the city and county.

Bernalillo County has received approximately 111,000 iHealth at-home rapid test kits from the New Mexico Department of Health. Each at-home test kit box contains two rapid tests.  Each household is allotted two test kit boxes which totals four rapid tests.

Free COVID-19 Self-Test Kits are available for pick-up at dozens of locations throughout Albuquerque. The free at-home kits provide fast, easy-to-understand results. Each kit comes with 2 tests. Limited supplies are available and are on a first-come-first-served basis.

It is recommended that students and families get tested For COVID-19 if they have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive. A "close contact" is someone who has a cumulative exposure of 15 minutes or more within six feet of a confirmed COVID case.

Symptom-free students and staff who are exposed to COVID at school or work are encouraged to participate in the Test to Stay program, which allows them to test at their school or worksite. Learn more about Test to Stay.

Please note: Students exposed to COVID outside of school who don't have symptoms are asked to either visit a COVID testing site like the ones at Wilson and Nusenda Community stadiums or take a home test. Please don't go to urgent care centers or hospital emergency rooms if you are asymptomatic (not experiencing symptoms). Tests aren't offered for asymptomatic individuals at these sites. You will be directed elsewhere, which will be inconvenient and may cause a delay in getting test results.
