Moderate symptoms with clinical signs of pneumonia such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, rapid breathing without signs of severe pneumonia, with oxygen saturation of 93%.4. Severe symptoms with clinical signs of pneumonia such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, rapid breathing, plus one of the following: respiratory rate > 30 breaths/minute, severe respiratory distress, or oxygen saturation <93%.5.
